Happen to know the manufacturer of the body? Actually, after looking at it, it's probably the Speed City Resin kit.

Hemi Pawr or BUST!
NICE job your friend did!!! Could he have used an old MPC/AMT "Hurst Hemi Under Glass" to make the same model? Anyway, the part that interest me in that kit is the engine! Looks to be a 426 Hemi with finned valve covers!!! (That "finned" part is not something I have found yet! As I wanna mold a set of those in resin!)
