Door is in good shape for the age, Has a small hole on the front inside edge. Bottom lip of door is very clean. Do not think for the price this is a poor condition door. Its not!!!!!! Its just time for it to go. I`m Tired of moving it. Comes with vent window assembly also.. Price a new one...My price, Only $75.I will not ship this!! Keene NH. No paypal.US Postal money order only
