Had to be Oakland, CA. GREAT FIND.
Can't believe that interior and 40K miles.
I would try to get him down to 2500 if I was local.
 
Be careful of Bay Area cars, not your typical CA cars as far as rust is concerned. Check the subframe and cowl area closely.
 
Looks like some carefully crafted photos to me. NO views of the rockers, rear quarters, and certainly not the trunk or pass floor interior
