That my friends, is an example of 1968 fiber optic technology! You see a wire going to a thing looking like a capsule - that is the housing for the incandescent light bulb. Going from the capsule to the ashtray is a fiber optic strand! Part of the A01 light package.

Not sure what other pics you need? This shows the factory fiber optic optional ash tray light. The brackets are all the same and all have the mounting points/provisions for the light optioned with or without it, they used the same barcket.
