I am trying to take the driver side exhaust manifold off...all of the bolts come out fine, but there is minimal room to pull the manifold off...do i need to take the steering shaft or other parts off to make it easier?
I think you do. at least pull the column bolts and drop if off the dash frame - then you should be able to push it over and get a little more clearance.
I don't know about those manifolds with a "B" block, but on my son's 440 Dart (B-body HP manifolds) you have to take the column out. That's the case when taking out EITHER exhaust manifold.
