i see. i am not trying to be a jerk but what new laws are you talking about? i really do not understand. i have done business with legal banks all my life. Pay pal does what banks do but pay pal has been caught doing bad business and have been sued or in court for their crimes. Like i said before i am not trying to be a jerk but i really do not understand. banks do not steal from banks but pay pall has.
