What bodies would this be found on? I know of a few 383’s but might be c-body.

In 69 it could be from an A , B or even C body car

I have 2 spares #2205968, they are the same manifold as on my running original 1967 383 same numbers #2205968 square bore 4 bbl. cast iron intake.

7 x 13 is all I can see on my 301 intake?

I have a 2806301 Manifold. It came out of a 70 Monaco, 383. The date code below the part number looks like 1X9 ?? If this is what you are looking for, shoot me a PM.

Here are a couple of photos of the manifold, if you are interested. I got a good strong light and confirmed the numbers below the part number are 1X9.
