Non A/C, but I do have the accessory harness that would be added to an A/C car.

Nope. Standard dash.
I do have the Plymouth version of this which is the same as a rally dash with the exception of one connector.
If that won't do it, you're probably best going repro

Sold this one, but have another. Similar condition but has had the insulation opened on a couple of wires for some sort of backyard tail light repair.
Two or three wires affected, insulation pulled back about 1/4 inch on each.
