1970 dart stripe

Found this picture in a Brooklands 'Road test' book. anyone ever seen this stripe go all the way around the trunk?

From the factory no. Not that I have ever seen or hered of. I did see one like that at the Fall or Spring Fling a few years ago. Painted on I think.
