If the car is fully documented, meaning the ownership history is well established and well documented, that car has a lot of potential.

I agree the interior is a fairly easy fix, and I'd dump the 4.56 rear gear too.

But this car looks good and is not a bad buy, assuming the car's authenticity can be proven.

$14,500 BIN for a straight, clean, not rusted, FC7 original presenting 1970 340 Swinger, 4 speed car..not bad at all!
 
Big drawback to me is it's originally a 3 speed car. Swapped a 4 gear into it.
Is it a numbers engine? I didn't see any mention of it and would assume it isn't.

Sounds like a pretty stout 340, w2's, solid cam...

Fender tag says D13 for the trans. Wouldn't that be a 3 speed and not a 4? (here I go asking A body questions again) For B and E body cars a 4 speed is a D21 code

Correct, same for A's
D21 = 4 speed
D13 = 3 speed on floor
