1970 Dodge Dart Swinger 340 rear bumper

Does anyone know if the 1970 Swinger 340 was produced from factory with this style rear bumper? It has the slots for jack in the bumper?? To my knowledge they started putting these in the 72 swinger/demon but those bumpers had different light assemblies. I'm a little baffled. If it doesn't belong on the 70 can you tell me what it may be from?

is it a high quality restoration on an original numbers matching number 340 car? if not its not going to affect teh value.
