1970 duster drum to disc help....

I have 70 duster,it had manual drum all around.I switched everything to 73 disc...want to keep it manual disc...which master cylinder do I use...I bought a 73 manual master cylinder but I have no idea on the pushrod for this ...the 70 manual drum pushrod is attached to master cylinder...any help and pushing in right direction would be appreciated......

Use the same rod . It is held in by a piece of rubber that comes with the new cyl. put the rod in a vice and hit the cyl. off with a soft heavy Hammer. You will see what holds it on. Do not reuse the old rubber get a new one or the rod could come out while driving. Steve
