Going to redo my Demon grill. Was going to try and aerosol can paint it but I'm thinking I'm going to go the more correct route.

Can anyone let me know brand/color/codes used for the silver and black on the grill? Does the inner silver on the parking lamps differ from the silver on the grill ?

Any tips/tricks? This grill is in nice shape, no broken tabs and all there. Just looks weathered.....

I did a 1972 Grille last fall. All that I can say is have a steady hand & a small paint brush.

I used Duplicolor acyrilic lacquer silver metallic DAL1679 and just a good brand of satin black for plastic , on my 72 Demon. The silver matched near perfect. Clean the grill well and get a couple rolls of masking tape. Prepare yourself for the tedious job of masking, paint, tear off, masking, paint ,etc.
For the parking lamp interior I used Duplicolor chrome CS101 which as near to chrome as any rattle can I have found. I did this after discovering that my taillight interior was originally a chrome type io paint. These may not be origional color brand and #s but I think you will be very pleased. Sorry about pic, a little dusty.

i think the correct semi dull gray on most mopar grills is the same as mopar muscle wheel paint...available at your dealer in a spray bomb.

Rally silver? I didn't think the demon/dart grills had metallic in them.

I'll check it out though.

Probably have 20 hrs just in this Headlight Bezel. But the attention is in the details!
