Here she is. My Grandma's 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger. She bought it new June 2nd of 71'. Grandma Ding Dong (yes, that is what we called her) purchased the Dart in Milwaukee but, very shortly after, became a California car. I can thank Cali for it having such a solid frame. I am not the happiest to let her go...but I can't stand to see her sit either. I have watched and waited for so long to build it back up and the chance just never happened. With a growing family and so much to do, I truly feel that it is time to let go. Moving on...225 slant six but, I have recently learned, she has the big rear end! (8-3/4) lol 119,000 ish miles. New tires last year, hardened seats when we redid the top side of motor, new remanufactured power steering pump then as well. Carb does leak a little due to a missing o-ring it seems. Also, after driving a distance, when slowing down and it goes to do it's final downshift it has quit on me and can be hard to start back up. I haven't been able to solve this problem yet...irritating as this is the only problem I have ever had with the car. Grandma's sticker price was $3137.70...my asking price is $3600. Help me give it a good home! Please feel free to PM with any questions. This is located in Camp Douglas, WI. I have a ton more pics to load of interior areas. Thanks so much.
