It would probably cost a fortune to ship that East, to my place in Northern Va

That's the way it is for guys like me .. all the remaining good bodies are in the West!

Yup.....I hear ya.....it's always a day late a dollar short or several thousand miles away!
 
That car looks really nice. I'm guessing from the pictures of the seats in the front yard that it probably doesn't have any interior in it, still if you could pick it up for $3500 that would be great. He's not lying when he said it is straight.

drp2671 maybe if you're not doing anything today you could go on a scotting mission and check it out for everyone here???
 
Oops, I just looked at little closer at the auction and the $3,500 isn't going to meet the reserve. I wonder if the $5000 number is what it is going to take to get the car or something real close to it? Still not a bad price.

I agree, it does look pretty good, and the price seems pretty reasonably for what he's got.....

I'm going over to my folks house today for an early St. Patty's day dinner, but I can call the guy and see if he'll let me take a look at it for some "interested individuals"? this afternoon or tomorrow after work?
Is there anything specific you all would like me to look for??
