1972 dart 4 door seat

My daughter and I are trying to gather some interior parts up for her car from all the research it looks like early 4 door cars should have. 5 bows in the headliner and 4 for late cars hers was built feb 22,1972 so this doesn’t add up but I was able to talk to the fellow we bought it from he said he pulled the part of the headliner down and didn’t remove any bows so I guess it’s a 4 bow. Now for the seat covers legendary / classic has her exact front bench with center arm rest ,the question I had was Has anyone used a two door rear seat cover in a 4 door car? They didn’t list one for the rear seat? Thanks you guys
