what size rear wheel and tires are you running and what all has been altered on the rear to make them fit?

Not sure about rear end alterations since the car was built as is when I bought it. Tires are MT 275/50/R15. If there are some detail pictures or measurements (limited on tools for measuring) PM me and I will check them out.
