Manual drum brakes, Build sheet says Axle 51. Looks like a 7-1/4. Doesn’t need anything it’s a great daily driver

What is that under the dash frame on the passenger side, under the glove box...is it an FM converter for the radio?? And can you please post a couple pictures of the engine compartment?
Also a better picture of the entire trunk floor.
