Hi all,
I’ve got a 1972 Scamp with a 360 magnum the previous owner swapped in. The car currently has an older electromotive computer and coil setup running the factory fuel injection. Unfortunately the tune on the car doesn’t work and the company no longer offers support (tuning software outdated/obsolete). For the time being I’d like to install a different intake and a carb so I can drive it, I’d like to keep a coil ignition setup but I’m not sure. Eventually I’d like to return the car to efi using a mega squirt system later down the road.
Should I get the edelbrock intake or save money and buy a knock off?
Also, is anyone running a distributor-less ignition on their magnum?
I’ve heard good things about the eq heads and will probably get a set at a later date.
