1973 Valiant 4 door fender panels

Hello to all, I have a 1973 Valiant 4 door that I use every day and it is starting to need some work on the rear fenders around the wheel wells. Does anyone know if they can be found and or if the 2door panels can be cut and made to work on a 4 door? Any help would be great.
