This is a 1974 Doge Dart 4 Door in fair condition for it's age, probably better then most. In Tracy, CA - asking 2500 obo, Cash only

It's an automatic column shift 318. When I first got it I recall doing a compression test and the motor was healthy, 120-130 range then. Can't guarantee mileage, the speedo on it was replaced by previous owner. Recent exhaust from the downpipes back.

Power brakes (Front disc, rear drum) When I got it a few years ago I went through the entire brake system. Calipers, front hoses (stainless braid!), rotors, wheel bearings, rear drums, hardware, master cylinder.

I've done upgrades to it as well. Higher power alternator (GM CS144, 120a I believe). Cast aluminum valve covers, Accell HEI ignition with MSD Blaster SS coil. Edelbrock 4 bbl aluminum intake with a holley 8007 (390 cfm vacuum secondary 4 bbl).

The seats are in good shape. No headliner, removed by previous owner. Could use new carpet. The exterior vinyl top was removed by the previous owner and spray painted white. There is some surface rust coming through but doesn't appear to be serious. The body is straight, no serious damage. Appears to be original paint. Just the usual minor scratches/dings/dents one would expect for a car this age.

It has A/C but needs a compressor. The alternator gauge doesn't work as the higher power alternator was wired directly to the battery bypassing it. The speedo does work but starts at 40. In other wards when the car is not moving its at 40, when the car is at 20mph it reads 60, etc. Gas gauge seems to work. The original AM radio works.

The wheel well pic is just dirt, not rust.

Cash only. Come down and take a look. Runs and drives well. Clean title in hand. NO SMOG NEEDED!

IF you wind up not being able to sell it I see a lot of stuff on it I want for my four door - namely the door panels, chrome trim off the door frames, and a couple other things.
