It’s been roughly 14 years since I took the seatbelts out. Trying to put just the front in now. I know the retractors go on the rocker and I have all of the bolts and hardware. Probably some of the hardware is for the back, which is not being used now. So anyhow, are the retractors installed so they pivot or so they don’t? And the belts on the tunnel, should they pivot?
