Just go to a yard and get one out of a mid 70s C body. Thats what is in my 68 Cuda.

I pulled one out of mid 70's Dart. The biggest issue I had was removing the connector on the wiring from the turn signal stalk so I could pull the wiring up through the column. Without the proper wiring tool, I ended up cutting the wires with the intentions of splicing them back together when the time came. IIRC the components include the turn signal stalk with wiring, the wiring harness from there out to the cruise unit, the vacuum unit mounted to the inner fender and I believe a special brake light switch since the wiring plugs into it as well. If you can't find all that stuff at a Pic A Part, I probably have everything I described packed away.

All bolt in, just make sure to get it all. Brake switch, carb linkage, everything. You can see the unit behind the battery. I used a 70 stalk to start with but have since gone back to the 75 stalk. If you need better pics let me know.

Thanks for the pictures. I really looks like a factory installation.

I see you have the Classic Auto Air Perfect Fit Kit installed.

How do you like it?

I bought one last year but haven't installed it yet.

I like it, make sure you get a good charge and it blows 36-40 deg. Makes for a nice cruiser, make sure your cooling system is up to it.

Thanks to the guys that replied to my Wanted Ad.

I decided to go with a Rostra aftermarket cruise control system which can be mounted inside the passenger compartment and the one throttle cable can be routed through the firewall through the insulation retainer plug to the carburetor.

Also got a NOS cruise control turn signal switch for a 1975 A body that I will be using as the control.

Looking forward to hitting up a HOTROD Power Tour in the near future!
