I Purchased a 1975 Plymouth duster. In a parts box there were seat belts, but the clip that adjusts the shoulder strap is broken. The shoulder strap that goes across you chest, and than the the retaining piece on the headliner, and back down behind the seat to the floor. There a clip that holds the front and the back together, and allows you to tighten, and loosen how the shoulder belt fits you. It probably 2.5", x 3" in size. Does anybody have one that they would want to part with ?
