1978 Dodge Shortbox Stepside was 6cyl. 4speed now has 360,automatic (727) still has 6cyl.gear ratio in the orig.8.25 rearend (3.70 ish) I was told engine was fresh when I purchased my other truck from California engine sat in my shop for about 3 years I have noticed a little smoke when started but goes away ( possible valve seals dried out) also small leak (rear main seal) runs great . Has cast 4bbl intake with rebuild 600 Holley 727 trans was also fresh works great. interior has seat cover, painted door panels, nice orig. black dash and glove box door body is orig. paint with clear coat over its great patina , nice wood box floor until prior owner cut hole to mount fuel cell(???) has had floor pan work done again by prior owner (replace with replacement panels not perfect but look fine truck was originally from South Carolina have all paperwork to confirm now has Ontario Canada ownership (clear) this truck is a great shape rust free body currently being driven $8500 can. located in Caistor Centre Ontario Canada Thanks Bill.
