1980 Dodge Aspen R/T

A guy near me has this car for sale. I know nothing about F-bodies... So I don't know if this car is worth the $2500 he is asking. The parts car is included in the price. It is a 318 car.

$2500 is a stretch but then how many are for sale. 1980 is a cool year so long as your state has no smog test. Even safety tests if your state has I would go older then 1980. The older your car, the less they can hassle you. 1963 and older you don't even gotta wear your safety belt.

Michigan is a pretty cool state so I would be interested if I needed a car. But how clean is the underside ?????
