1980 Volare disc brakes on a 1970 duster

I have access to a 1980 volare with factory discs on it. Will these work on my 1970 duster? I have factory discs on the duster but they are the 4" bolt pattern!!! Would like to go 4.5" bolt pattern to open up wheel options.

To use the Volare brakes you will need '73-'76 A body lower ball joints and either the same year upper control arms and ball joints or ball joint sleeves from Dr. Diff with your current upper arms and joints. Another option would be to redrill your SBP hubs to LBP and use '66 Mustang rotors. There is a thread here that explains what needs to be done. I think it is a sticky in the brake section.
