hey guys i have a 1983 plymouth turismo I am possibly considering getting rid of. I bought this car because i needed a fuel saver year round to drive but I cant bring myself to drive this car in the north east ohio salt. heres the info on the car
location: Canton Ohio
Year: 1983
Model: Turismo 2 door hatchback
Engine: 2.2 non turbo, 84 horsepower carb'ed
Transmission: 5 speed (unknown model)
color: B-5 blue recent repaint
Mileage: 58,*** -
Title: Rebuilt title, had a roof put on the the car shortly after it was built (according to previous owner) good title though, ready for tranfer upon purchase
THE BAD -
-needs front wheel bearings, have both, just need installed
-interior could use some attention/ no headliner, not original seats, but they are comfortable and in nice shape.
-interior has some rattles, but they could be taken care of with attention
-dash pad is cracked
-no radio
-carb could use tuneup
THE GOOD
-low miles
-good clutch
-shelby body kit
-aftermarket wheels come with car as well as originals.
wheels are 15x7 raceline 126's 4x100 bolt pattern
-recent paint job looks very nice
-very minimal rust. only a few small holes on bottom of trunk floor
-new distributor cap
-new plugs
-new wires
-runs good, except for occasional low idle
-comes with new set of rear coil springs, not yet installed
-all stock except for front seats
and also the walmart hubcaps in the picture are no longer around...
theres pretty much what i have. its a great looking car and would make an awesome turbo project or whatever you want.
im asking 2750 obo. i need enough money to buy a reliable daily gas saver. thanks -tom
p.m. me if interested.
ill post more pics later of under hood and interior
