good luck...most custom wheel makers will not make a wheel that far off center....A 8" wide rim with 5.5 backspacing leaves only 2-1/2 inches from rotor or drum face to the outside of wheel....I wanted American racing to custom make me two wheels 15x8 with 6 inch backspacing and they told me the widest backspacing they would do is 5-1/4 inches on a 8 inch rim......So that is what I ended up ordering and using
 
I know there some High priced race rims that have the thicker hub to assure strength but
not a race car or do I have money to waste. American Muscle has them if I want Ford rims LOL!
