This Fall, I finished my 340/420 rebuild and got it tuned up and ready to leave the garage. But the Winter temps hit too quick, and the first drive will have to wait until Spring.
So, I am wondering if over the Winter if swapping out my existing TTi 2-1/2" header reducers & x-pipe combo out for their 3" reducer & x-pipe combo is worth the change.

This is my current setup:
TTi 1-5/8" step headers
TTi 2-1/2" reducers
TTi 2-1/2" x-pipes
Hooker Max Flow 2-1/2" mufflers (521 cfm)
TTi 2-1/2" over the axle pipes
2-1/2" resonators beside the gas tank
2-1/2" out the rear

Thanks!

I would. I’m putting a 408 in my Barracuda and I’m also upgrading the midpipes to 3” with a X. Anything over 400 HP and you will definitely notice HP gains with 3” over the 2.5”.

are you racing the car often and after every hundredth of a second? if not i'd save the money and keep what you have.,

Exhaust is waist. Put an X in your **** pipe leaving your shitter and see what happens. This work the best for me. Seen up to 9300 rpms through the full exhaust. Doesn't look near as cool, But I usually don't park it up side down.
