2009 Carb Swap

I'm hoping to use the MSD setup on my 09 hemi, just want to confirm all I have to do is swap the crank tone wheel and lockout (or likely use the hemitronix kit) to get passed the VCT...is it that easy? What about the sensors, will I need pre-2009? And is the tone wheel swap as easy as remove/install?

Or is the Fast xim kit the way to go?

You have to replace the rod bolts too since they are torque to yield. Should probably replace the main cap bolts too for the same reason.

I've never seen or heard of the hemitronix kit being used so I can't comment on that. But I really don't like the looks of it. The thought of something bolted to the front of the cam just doesn't sound kosher. Just my opinion.

If it were me, I'd use the FAST XIM and the comp cam phaser lock outs with a new timing chain and tensioners.
