2025 16th Annual FABO NASCAR "Pick 'Em" Game - Are You Ready?

Congratulations @cuda20

You sure kept all of us on our toes again this year, and congratulations to all the players this year, I am sure Rodger felt bad taking those previous 3 championships in a row so we layed low and enjoyed the last 4 races, not showing all of our cards for next season.
I am hopeful we will get one more day at the track this year and maybe two, I remember racing the week before Thanksgiving not to many years ago..
See everyone back here next season, it was great having my son with us this year, but as you can see the apple didn't fall far from the tree, he kept me on my toes, and a few other members here.

And once again you gave me another nascar game this year, you have always done a great job here and kept us updated on news, witch makes me wounder something, ahh are you part of the Rodger Penske association Ken ?

No, just a retired guy with too much time on his hands.

Racing for the championship will definitely be different next year, it's been announced about 45 minutes ago over on nascar..

Cuda20 gave Yunick13 the bumper on lap 288 after he blew a tire. lol
I figured I'd get a rubbin for losing. Congrats to Cuda20 for making it interesting, and Oc for another year of putting this on. Thanks to everyone else for participating. Was looking back in the field, had several close battles for a while.
Looking ahead to next year, PB might make it interesting.

Greg Biffle, former driver of the Roush 16 Ford, died in a plane crash today:

The world of stock car racing is in shock after a corporate jet crash in North Carolina on Thursday. Former NASCAR Cup Series driver Greg Biffle and six other people were killed when his Cessna Citation II crashed while attempting an emergency landing at Statesville Regional Airport, 45 miles north of Charlotte. There were no survivors. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the incident.

The Cessna took off from the airport on Thursday morning, then quickly circled to land. According to WSOC-TV, eyewitnesses saw the aircraft clip the tree line at an adjacent golf course, smash through the airport's perimeter fence, then slide to a halt while in flames. North Carolina State Highway Patrol confirmed that there were seven fatalities, but didn't identify any of the victims. However, the families of victims confirmed what many already believed. Biffle was onboard along with his wife Cristina, five-year-old son Ryder, and 14-year-old daughter Emma. Dennis Dutton, his son Jack and Craig Wadsworth were also onboard. It's unclear who was flying the plane.
