225 split manifolds

Well everyone, I'm in need of information links and help.

I just bought my 66 valiant 225 3spd, im thinking i would like to keep it that way with a few minor adjustments. but as for exhaust, i would like to know...
that if i stick with a 225 for a while...

how to cut split and divide the manifold
what size exhaust should or cani use..bigger better???
how much does this kinda thing cost in cnd $$
pictures of people doing it or it done..
rear shots, under car shots, engine shots.. manifold shots...
