Anyone have the old style(not Hooker) full fenderwell headers on their Dart or Valiant? I looked at a new pair or JR headers and it looks like there may be some front tire clearance issues and access to the spark plugs. Anyone have this set up with dual MC? Any issues? Thanks

Have JR headers on the 273 in my 65 dart. No issues with spark
plugs or tire clearance. The collectors are at a 66 degree angle so exhaust is a challenge.

JRs on one of mine too. I do have a bit of tire rub at full turn stop if I hit a bump with 185\70R14 tires on Cragar S/S with 3-3/8 backspace. Just enough to rub but not cause a problem. Master cylinder heat shielding will almost surely be required. No spark plug issues but as Oldschool said, getting exhaust hooked up is a bit tricky. I welded tight bend elbows directly to the flanges to get a bend tucked up high enough to not look hideous. I'd send you a photo but the headers are not on the car right now due to a few cyl. head modifications.

What's the spacing between the header and the MC and brake line? Any brake fluid boiling/burning issues? Anyone have a skinny 15" tires on the front?

Brake line and master cylinder are super tight on one tube. Have not had any fluid boiling issues but just got her on the road and my makeshift shield is temporary (Will be fabbing up a heat shield plate) and routing front line better. Sure you could also go with smaller m/c to help.
Also noticed my tire does rub ever so slightly on drivers side.( 205 14 on 7” rims with
3.5” backspace)

I have headman hustlers on my 66 Valiant. My 15" front runners hit slightly on full lock left and run fairly close to the master cylinder. The old cast iron dual master would push a bit of fluid out of the cap on long runs. When I put the new Mopar performance aluminum master cylinder I also installed a heat shield from Mancini racing. No more pushing out fluid. Ceramic coating on the headers also helps. quite a bit with heat.
