2bbl to 4bbl swap need HELP !!!!!!! pics

Here is todays work.I have added a Ede performer with a Ede 600
The car was originally a 318 2bbl.
I bought the Ede chrysler throttle/kickdown bracket you can see it in the pic.The problem is now the linkage/throttle cable wont work.Nothing lines up properly.I know about lokar but for the time being I would like to stay with the stock kickdown.The throttle cable seems to be to short as well.

Ok guys that have done this same swap,talk to me.
What do I need here?
Original V8 small block bracket/throttlecable?
Desperately need your help here,really really need your help.

i dunno if it helps... my brother helped put mine together, dunno where the parts came from but this is what it looks like.

Yo Johnny Dart I need a close up on that alternator bracket and belt, also the power stering bracket and belt, I'm tryin to figure out what the brackets look like. Thanks
 
Anybody else with a pic of a factory small block 4bbl throttle/kickdown bracket?
Someone has to have one. :sad1:

a few years back i swaped a stock 2bbl intake on a 318 to a performer manifold and a 600cfm edelbrock with edelbrocks adapter bracket, only thing i did to make it work properly whas that i added some lengt to the kickdown linkage using a flat piece of steel some grinding and drilling to make the lenght right and then it all worked nicely, sorry that i dont have any pics of it:(

Sounds like I will need a small block 4bbl throttle bracket and kick down rod for it to line up correct.

the throttle cable can be got new. the brand is pioneer and they come in 4 lengths. just tell the parts guy the part #'s from here:
http://www.magnumhp.com/cabletech.php you have the round firewall fitting. the linkage can also be found on some later vans or trucks with 318 or 360 4bbl.
 
Thanks Red that is some good info.Hopefully the throttle cable should be the same length (19").Good heads up on the vans etc......for the brackets.

Got the complete 4 bbl bracket,kick down rod,springs,everything today out of a 360 park avenue(think that is what it was).Awesome find.Will post pics tomorrow.Everything went together perfect,including the stock 19" throttle cable.
