That looks like a homemade adapter that bolts to a stock manifold. Interesting concept.

Lots of gas and air to run through a 1 barrel hole if that is what was done. A 2 barrel intake would be better, but still a lot. Coolest one I ever saw was an Offy 2 X 1 barrel system with a six pack air cleaner setup. To me that was cool and creative.
I was going to mention that Offy intake but wow, that’s really cool! Lots of ideas there. I’d like to hope they milled a flat place with a big opening on top of that intake, even if it were a super six intake.
