I was wondering if a 3.75 backspace would work on a '73 dart. I've read everyone is going with a 4.5" backspace on an 8 inch rim. There is a ford 9in under the rear and can fit a 275 60 15 on it now with the fenders rolled a little. No mini tub and no shortened axle. Question 2 can you fit a 10 inch rim under a basically stock dart? I just wanted a set of cheap wheels for my street tires and was looking at the crager series 365 black v-5 and hoping to go with 15x7 frt and 15x10 rear is this going to work out or do i keep looking.
