[WANTED] 3 Speed shifter knob

Hi, i am looking for a 3 speed shifter knob for an Inland shifter.
These shifters were used on 70/71 Darts for example.

If you have the lock nut too it would be perfect !!!

I dont know. Would a photo from the stick help ?

Do you have any regular nuts around that you know what size they are (or purchase at a hardware location if you have one )and could try on it on the stick or measure it. A pic will also help out.
