318 / 340 question

I'm to lazy to look this up at the moment, but what's the bore size diference between a 318 standard bore, and a 340 at 0.030" over?

Stroke Bore
318 1967-2002 3.31 3.91
340 1968-73 3.31 4.04


340 + .030 = 4.07"

I guess a 0.16 over bore is out of the question lol

max over bore on an old 318 (later 60s/early 70s) is .060" and even then should be sonic checked...newer ones are 0.030"
Only possiblilty to do what you are talking is to sleeve each bore then bore to the 4.070"
