Hey all you wizards, I recently rebuilt a ‘77 360 LA. While putting into my ‘72 Dart (Original 318) I’ve run into nothing but problems. My most recent is not being able to match up the bottom 2 bolts from the block to the original 904 trans in the car. There is about a 1/2 inch gap in between them. I’ve jacked the engine up and jacked the trans up and every combination of the 2. Not to mention the B&M flex plate (part no.BMM-10236) won’t get closer than about an 1/2 away from converter. Anyone with ideas help me please.
