does anyone know if dodge stress relieve the 69 or 70 340 blocks and if they were high nickel

There were no "high nickel" because Mopar specd a better iron to begin with. GM and Ford had high-nickel because thier std spec was softer. No Nopar blocks were factory stress relieved. They were/are just much better material to being with. The nickel content went down slightly in the mid 70s, but it's still better than the brand X stuff.
