How about a picture of the manifold.

Good call @Mr. Sinister. It looks like I need a heater stove that attaches to the 2 holes on the bottom circled tabs and at the cylinder head with a special stud (which I have) on the third circled hole. I am not positive on this third hole. The part number on the manifold is 341862-1. Thank you again!

That same manifold came on the 318 did it not? If so, that might open your search up a little more.
