please post a picture of the bolt with focus on the feed hole arrangement.

That is the bolt that breaks very easy.
Mopar changed the design very soon after this was released to a staggered 'zig zag'd' oiling hole pattern
let me know if you have any of the later 'staggered hole' ones.
