I live on mt Tamborine in the Gold coast hinterlan
G'day all,
I'm running a little 318 with a 360 crank in my coupe.
It has stock rods with ARP bolts, J heads with the 1.88 valves,ported etc and 273 adjustable rockers, mopar 480 hydraulic cam, 1 5/8 headers into an X pipe and twin 3" exhaust with Hooker Aerochamber mufflers. A sixpack setup using Demons( thinking of changing carbs to 48mm downdraught Webers) March pulleys,mechanical fuel pump.
I'm running a 4 speed manual and factory 2.92 LSD rear end. ( 2000rpm @ 60mph)
Is or has anyone used this combo and if so is there any tricks or proven combo's to help make my "little" motor even better whilst still keeping it reliable and budget consious,
Any feedback much appreciated.

Not sure, sounds really good, what size bore is it, 4 inch? Hope it was sonic tested.

It could use more gear but it eat more fuel. Gas isn't cheap down there so but then even 3.21 would help. That camshaft isn't happy with 2.94's

Compression if its low, what is the cranking psi? Not much can be done about it thou, a cam change if you got 120 psi cranking right now
