Might give Oregon Cam Grinders,a call. Bet they get something real close. Wanted that grind 4 years ago,simply were discontinued when the Magnum crate engine tooling was dropped ( 2010-2011 ish)
 
there is one on ebay...but the guys thinks it is gold plated.
 
Lunati ground a custom hyd roller for my car 234/236 @50 495/475 lift 108/106ICL for $310 shipped. It's a steel core so I can run an iron dizzy gear. When I spoke with Oregon it had to be billet with a bronze gear due to the cores he had.
I'm sure Lunati could copy that grind or get very close. I found Oregon and Lunati to be the best tech wise of all the companies I spoke with.
 
I have a 360/380 mopar crate engine in my 67 dart and I ordered edelbrock performer rpm heads and I'm going to have them ported so I plan on replacing the cam when I do the heads in the spring, so I will have the cam and heads available sometime in the spring.
