360 crank

Wanted; 360 cast crank,can be spun/scored/rusty as long as it is good enough to cut down and use in a 318...

WHY?? for what you would pay to have it machined down to a 318 you could buy the mp 3.58 crank for a 318/340. Not to mention that turning a cast crank that far down:angry7: Get the steel crank, that is internally balanced already and is NEW!!

WHY?? Get the MP steel crank 3.58 already set up for the 318/340 and internally balanced. Unless you are a machinist, it will cost you close to that just to turn down a 40 year old cast crank!

I don't understand how those pictures has to do with a 360 crank. Am I missing something? Is she cranky?


The new crank would be definitely the way to go.

Are pistons readily available for a 3.91 bore 3.58 stroke 343cid sb?

Seems like it might be less expensive to find a rebuildable 360 and you will make more power. They seem to pop up for around a $100 regularly.
