This 360 Dodge engine was built for Hobby Stock class racing. We were limited to 370 ci and cast iron intake and exhaust so it has been built to utilize all the limits.
It has 10 to 1 compression due to block being decked and the small chamber '70 Duster ''O'' heads with 2.02 stainless race valves and race springs.
It features .060 over with Keith Black Hypereutectic pistons, Comp Cams 268 High energy cam, 273 ajustable rocker arms, 1971 Barracuda spread bore intake, Electronic distributor, deep custom baffled oil pan with extra capacity.
All engine internal parts were completly balanced including a standard flywheel. Head Cast #3418915. It can be seen at Boot Hill Used Pickup Truck Parts, we are located at 5385 Jackson St, Denver, CO 80216, or give us a call @303-294-0466, ask for MIKE. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
It was run a total of 8 races on a 1/4 mile dirt track and never rapped above 5500 RPM although it could easily do more than that. Lots of bottom end torque to blast off the corners.
