360 Heads

I've been reading alot of 318 engine with 360 heads. I found late model 1998 5.9 360 heads. Just want to ensure will it fit 1973 318 Engine before I make purchase.

98 heads are magnum heads...yes they will bolt on...

other parts are needed to make it run...

They will fit - but - as noted - you need the heads and rockers plus an intake manifold that bolts to Magnum heads (or re-drill the heads), plus a set of lifters that oil through the pushrod - and hollow pushrods. They are a great addition, but they are not "bolt on" in the strictest sense of the word.
