I just opened my clevite77 rod bearings and noticed they do not have the small half moon cut out on one side like the old ones. The new ones when butted together form a solid piece. the old ones when butted make a small hole for oiling I presume. My question is did they decide the oiling hole is not needed or do I have the wrong bearings? Part numbers on new ones are cb-481p-10 2130cp10 old numbers are 2130-cp f/m .010us

Use them their fine. There is enough oil coming out of the sides to oil the clyinders. All aftermarket rods that I've seen don't even have that oil slot.

Part numbers are right the old one is a sealedpower p#. I just ordered some clevites last month same p# and they had the cut out. I would call them and see if thats right.
