Checked this out today. It's just a re-print of a previous article in Car Craft. Lots of good info in a condensed format. Basically, all the same info could be found by searching this forum. Mostly a plug for bouchillonperformance.com though. If you dont have it, it may be worth the price if you want to have that much info in one place. Just my 2 pennies.
